Hi, I'm Elvin, owner of Guzman Fine Carpentry in Swampscott, Massachusetts. We're now offering Home Services across the North Shore and most of Essex County after experiencing a huge demand for higher quality & reliable small home repairs. We are not your typical contractor. We are committed to providing you with not only high quality but also effective and prompt communication.
We know your life is hectic as it is. You don't need to search all over the internet for someone to help with those odds and ends you haven't gotten to, nor deal with people who don't return your calls.
In my years of carpentry and service experience, the biggest complaint from homeowners is about lack of communication. This is unnecessary and gives us all a bad name. We realize that you don't want to be confused about the what/why/when of the job so we go the extra mile for you to understand what the job entails from start to finish.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Request a quote via the button below. We ask for a lot of information as we do our quoting online. This saves us all time as we can avoid extra meetings, and get right to your job.
STEP 2
We review the information you've shared, ask any follow up questions, and send an estimate or quote. Once approved, we get you on the schedule. Demand is high, so we are usually 2-3 weeks out from inquiry to the job getting done.
STEP 3
We come to your house, and take care of that punch list, while treating your home as if it were our own.

He was able to cut off the rotted parts and replaced them seamlessly with vinyl parts to prevent future wet rot, a very creative solution. He replaced the thresholds, the weather stripping of the doors, and replaced the wood molding of the garage door. They were beautifully done."
